  • At Karkhana.io, as the technology and product leader and key member of the leadership team, I built two groundbreaking digital products central to our core offerings, digitizing the sourcing and procurement of custom parts.

    • Architected and spearheaded the development of company’s entire tech & product suite—including ERP, CRM, HRMS, analytics etc.
    • Developed India’s first AI-based automated CNC costing engine, reducing costing time from days to seconds.
    • Built and led a cross-functional team of 16+, including developers, product managers, designers, and data scientists.
